5. bad Points - pricey - $110 per night plus taxes, 8 blocks from Water Street - not fun in the rain for a 20 minute walk, hotel bar staff were rude and unaccommodating, showing it`s age - especially in the bathroom with old tub with cigarette burns and brown grout.
