1. The only complaint I had, which was an isolated incident, was the heater/ air conditioning unit in my room leaked water and the carpet was wet and mildew but, within 10 minutes I was in another room.

There was some gunk in the sink, something that could have been lint from a cleaning rag in the tub, the outside shower curtain had some mildew on it, the bedspread was a bit dirty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, but the floors looked clean, the sheets were clean & comfy, the mattress was comfy also.
