3. Couple this with allowing obnoxious guests to roam the hallways shouting, running up and down the halls, and doing little about it when receiving complaints, and it makes for a noisy experience.

9. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff removed all of the towels from the room each day and only placed two new ones, housekeeping was quick to deliver two more when called, even the towels that were hanging were removed.
