1. unfortunately I had the experience of the stained sheets as well as a strand of hair (that wasn't mine) on the duvet.

2. The climate control system was easy to use, but it only works when you're in the room (some environmentally friendly thing) so it was often cold until I had been in the room a while, this is unfortunate given how cold it was the weekend I was there.

5. They didn't change the bed, they just threw a new blanket on top, which was unfortunate because in the morning we noticed that another one of our blankets also had food crusted on it.
