1. When we got there she told us the room was very small and if we were not happy with it to complain? I'm not a big complainer, but this must have been the smallest room available.

3. I didn`t complain excessively, argue, or anything of that nature, and I guess simply stating that our experience was unpleasant didn`t do much to improve the customer service.
