1. My only complaint is that although our company rates indicated breakfast was included, it turned out we had to get vouchers at the front desk and nobody told us.

3. The only complaint I would have is the location is in not the best part of town, but is convienetly near downtown.

5. The only complaint I would have is the walls are a bit thin; we were next to the elevator and it was a tad loud in the night.
