7. One day (Saturday I think) they held breakfast in a ballroom, which required you to go to a separate tower, taking another elevator ride (which was slow as there was only one elevator), and it was still crowded with no place to sit.

8. The biggest issue with this hotel is that the doors are not weighted to close slowly - my colleagues and I were often awakened by the sound of slamming doors at all hours of the night.
