1. While the noise was more than enough to complain about (and we did 5 times to the hotel staff), the marijuana and other drug use we could smell and hear was the real problem.

4. I did have a problem with 1 TVs remote (it needed a new battery), however the engineer was there in less tahn 5 minutes and he even offered a free movie.

5. Someone had mentioned that a lot of the restaurants nearby were closed early on Sunday evening, and we found this same problem on Saturday evening, most of the places closed at 7, which surprised us.

6. There were some problems with other guest staying there, but it was New Year's Eve and probably not the hotel's fault.

8. It has an odd layout (some hallways are like mazes) but once you figure things out it isn't a problem.

9. Even worse, the hotel did not honor the original room quote since we had been 'upgraded' when we were relocated due to the air conditioning problem.
