There was a server in the bar area (serving desserts) who was
rude
to me, but that was probably partially my fault because I had had a few drinks and I may not have been the most intelligent customer she'd had all night.

with him, I thought, but when it was my turn she regained her composure and I didn't have any problems.

Disappointing on this trip was a

awakening to the intercom at 3 am telling us to proceed to the lower level via the stairs, do not use the elevator.

This seems like the nicest hotel in the city, although the front desk staff was both
rude
(overworked perhaps?) and mistaken as to the hours of the local sites frustrating our tourism.
