2. When security came up to help me change rooms, they said it was the AC vents blow causing dirt to collect all over the ceiling and especially in all the corners.

4. After the 2 blatantly obvious problems you start paying much closer attention to other smaller issues which included: faint streaks on the wall spanning the length of the hallway from the housekeeping carts rubbing against them; slight peeling of wallpaper near the seams in both rooms; dust/dirt in corner of bathroom behind the door; dirty residue on inside handle of bathroom door; slight dark (coffee?) stains in sink where it wasn't fully cleaned up to counter level; couple towels that still had stains after going through laundry; and lastly, just a single sheet covering the bare mattress of the bed - shouldn't there be a mattress pad?? Have stayed at Intercontinentals in the past and been very pleased but this was quite the opposite.

5. -Door latch/lock is almost falling off-Smoke detector is inoperable-Bathroom is filthy-I opened the top drawer to look for the phone book and there is dirt, coffee ground and garbage -The beds are spring mattresses and very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs-You have to pay for WIFI-Carpet is dirty-Parking is additional $28 per day-Price does not reflect the room, this should be a $80 room not a $150Likes- Decor of both the room and more so the hotel- Location.
