The room was clean and nice, as was the indoor pool, however none of the ice machines worked on any of the floors, very rude guests knocking on our door and running away and also playing around on the lift made it difficult for us and other patrons to get in and out, also the service at reception was not concerned with our inquiries, overall a reasonably good stay apart from the mishaps, location is good as well as a good selection of restaurants nearby, would stay again.
