1. Once in the room, we had ripped towels, missing wall art, a broken luggage stand, the furniture had black dirt marks, and worse of all, some type of blood looking stains on the wall paper in the bathroom.

6. They did not have our exact reservation available, but they gave us a choice of 2 rooms and the one we picked was convenient and comfortable although the rug had stains in it.
