3. stayed here july 29th, very overrated- the front window was shattered and not replaced,carpet in room was filthy,toilet wouldnt flush, tv set was very dated,overall way to much money for quality of hotel.

4. This Doubletree room has a throwback to the 80's TV a nasty looking ceiling, out of date bathroom and a loud HVAC unit.

5. The only positive comment I can convey would be that location is the only draw, I am a Hilton Honors member and I have never seen a location in poor of shape the wall paper in all areas id peeling off the walls, the case goods are dated and the bath in room 628 had mold in the shower and the wall paper was falling off on the walls.

7. Pros- Close to food (Corky`s, Folk`s Folly, Houston, Wild Oats)- The cookie- Concierge room is well stocked- PoolCons- dated, older property- Rooms are in need of a renovation and repairs.
