1. the french toast was hard and my daughter couldn't cut through it with her fork, and the rest of the food is un-remarkable.

The concierge breakfast on the 8th floor which we had access to was okay, but only 2 tables that seat 4 each and 1 couch and separate chair, hardly enough room for a large hotel that offers a continental breakfast to many of its guests, at times one or more of us had to stand, not very comfortable to say the least.
