1. Stayed at Heartbreak Hotel last time in Memphis , found this so much better great value clean tidy and plenty of parking , Do not have a bar only downside for us but , we used Marlowes FREE pink cadillac service With the pool as well this is a great place when visiting Graceland.

2. downside was the room smelt so heavily of smoke, the worst I have ever known.

3. Biggest downside was the sketchy area (ask for a room near the pool/lobby and park in front near the main road), but this is par for the course if you want to be near Graceland.

4. The only downside to saying here is, there aren`t many decent places to eat close by and they charge you $1.

5. The downside is there is nowhere to go and eat really we had to get food from the gas station which only seemed to sell deep fried chicken and corndogs although the cans of beer real cheep only 55c for a 24 oz can of lager.
