1. its a bit more difficult to get to beal street and not really recommended to go on the bus so taxi is better but a little bit costly .

2. To get to downtown Memphis by Taxi can be very expensive, about 25dollars each way, and getting back is difficult as most of the cabs don`t want to drive that far out of Memphis at night, especially from Beale street.
