1. The corridor was dingy, the carpets were worn, the room looked dirty, we found dead baby cockroaches all over the bathroom floor, our window was practically nose to nose with the residential building outside so we had the honour of seeing the elderly gentleman in the block of flats ahead walking around in nothing but a towel for the better part of the night.
