The place does have it's flaws, but it seems like they're always actively improving on it and are willing to go the extra mile to fix any

The room was clean, the staff friendly (I had no

s with leaving my keys with them at night), and the street was fairly quite by the time we got to bed--we even slept with the windows open all night.
