1. Our only quibbles were the lack of bar soap to wash hands (but they gave us extra body wash when we asked) and the noise bleed-through from the room above.

2. We did not score it a '5' in all areas because it is a work in progress, but what it lacks in amenities and location it totally makes up for in service and price AND the beds are super comfy.

5. The one thing that did bother me was the lack of somewhere to put your towel in the bathroom after you've finished with it.

6. The only 2 or 3 things I think the room lacked were a chest of drawers (an Ikea Malm 3 drawer chest in brown-black which is under $100 would be perfect) a little fridge and perhaps a safe.

In addition to a lack of furniture there was absolutely nothing in the room to give you any guide to the hotel, no guide to the TV or phone, not even which extension was the front desk, nothing about the local area not even that little card that is on the back of every hotel door with the room rates and the hotel liability policy or a guide to where the fire escapes were.

8. The two downfalls of this hotel is that there isn't much guidance on where to go after you park, as well as the lack of really a professional front desk.
