1. there were tons of chipped tiles in the bathroom, theres like water damage on the fixtures, the toilet is a two flusher and super loud.

3. On a Saturday evening we had an early night and I was expecting to hear through the 'thin walls' but we had no issues whatsoever we even had the TV on fairly loud and when I listen in from the corridor the noise level was not loud.
