1. I'm guessing the fact that the property is closing in a few weeks is a big factor in their lack of enthusiasm.

6. Aside from this disaster caused by lack of management skill (I also blame the company for not having any online board at their website to post reviews, comments or concerns), the food quality was very good for the price paid, the rooms were adequate and well maintained.

7. My sister celebrated her 18th birthday at the Wilshire Grand Hotel, and so much issues arise from the lack of management and interpersonal skill from the 'Special Events' supervisor at this hotel.

8. The lack of comment card seems to point to the fact that the owners /staff are aware that their hotel sucks and don't want to hear more complaints.
