1. We called down to 'complain' about the dirty facecloth and to inquire about changing to a room that had a safe.

9. Last but not least someone listened to dirty movies all night very loudly, and when we called the front desk to solve the matter no one answered( we called several times) Since no one answered we heard the raquet from 1:00-2:30 and it started back up at 4:00am.

10. We checked in at night when the lights were dim :-) but in daylight you'll notice how old and dirty carpet and furnishings are .
