1. Oh and no real issues with parking, like some have moaned, we usually found parking outside the hotel or just around the corner, the world is becoming lazy.

2. They do not have an elevator so if you have mobility issues, request a 1st floor room.

3. The only issue we had was with limited parking, but we were able to leave our car in the parking garage of the Kodak Theater and the hotel refunded the money it cost to park.

4. Parking is free and we did managed to get parked although there are only around 12 spaces and it's a tight fit, but we had no issues.

7. However, what was a big issue was the noise at night from the cheap student apartments next door, with parties at 3 am with guitars and loud bongoes and shouting.

8. If you are a light sleeper the noise will be an issue for you, That is the only negative i can give this hotel.
