4. The hotel: -clean-the front desk people were friendly-had no room service-not bad bagels and croissants for breakfast (which were free)-free in-room internet-free computer with internet downstairs to use (however there was no printer/printing service)-fantastic central location (right behind-literally, the Kodak theatre and Hollywood Highlands mall on Hollywood Blvd)-small `gym` and steam room (which looked like it was never used before)-free coffee/tea/hot water downstairs in the foyer-microwave and toaster to use downstairs-without elevators- i believe the hotel is only two levels, so lugging luggage was only a bit of a pain-with a decent number of TV channels- i`m not sure what the non-cable tv channels are in the US, but we were happy with the HBO channels-traffic going TO the hotel may at times be heavy depending on whether or not special events around the area were taking place, for example, there was an event at the Hollywood Bowl (very close by) and so traffic was a little heavier going back to our hotel-the whole `Celebrity` thing wasn`t all that impressive, even though its called the `Hollywood Celebrity Hotel`, but whatever, the hotel is a little run down and could do with a bit of a makeover, but this really wasn`t a big deal.
