3. The only downside is the parking lot is small and the only way to get out of parking is to drive in reverse on the road, so some people may need a second person to help them.

Only thing to be aware of here is its only Ground floor and first floor but there is no lift, this time I requested a ground floor room to save dragging my heavy cases up the stairs, the downside of this is you can hear the people above you, my first night Mr & Mrs Elephant and family were staying above me, after that heard nothing though.
