2. Our keys stopped working after the first day of our stay (someone else had the same problem while we were at the front desk checking in) and we had to get new ones before we could get in for the night.

4. Hotel website had very good rates, only problem with it, was that once you reserved room, you could not cancel it without a 100% cancelation fee.
