2. Stained carpets, graffiti on wall paper, smear marks of who knows what on the wallpaper, black mold in the bathroom and old nasty comforters on beds Fred Flintstone would enjoy with pillows about 2' thick.

3. I moved into this room and there was no mold but the shower rod was falling out of the wall.

4. The bedroom was clean enough however when I walked into the bathroom there was mold across the ceiling and the vent was held in place with a rubberband.
