1. Forget the bathrooms looking nice, they show them painted with a nice new striped shower curtain when in reality, the bathroom still has its crappy, ripping, rusting around the fixtures unpainted walls.

2. Beware that what you are actually gonna see is a crappy paint job over very old wallpaper in some parts and the very old wallpaper, dingy and all in most others.
