1. Don't get me wrong, the front desk was so sorry about the roaches crawling on my room wall and the a/c did not go under 73 degrees.

2. Incompetent desk personnel (45 min to check-in), shoddy housekeeping (left dishes, didn't empty waste baskets, mold in the bathroom), inadequate rooms (not enough beds and/or wrong size beds).
