1. delayed due to weather at airport- was given a voucher to stay at this hotel- decided to forgo the voucher and make a reservation- why? yes why bother- the reservation was for 5- was given 2 double beds- no roll away- the front staff was rude and could care less that we couldnt all sleep on the beds- paid 200 to sleep on the floor so my family could sleep- this is the worse service ever- will never stay at a Mariott again.
