1. Finding your way from the parking to the hotel through a series of walkways and vacant interior corridors (poorly marked and handicap unfriendly) brings you to the lobby - or at least near it.

2. unfriendly staff, no room service, no warm food in the evening (unless you like microwave pizza slices), lied to about local restaurants (recommended to a $100pp restaurants as 'the only one nearby'), neglected to mention building works in the hotel, bathroom was gross, bill a bit much.

3. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful and the rooms were not cleaned properly by house keeping.
