4. No, you do have to pay for parking, but where do you NOT in a downtown 4* hotel? Internet is free if you join Gold Passport, so no one should complain about that.

10. Comforter on the bed had a lot of BLOOD stains, when i called the mgt and complained about the situation he seemed very concerned and assured me that by the time we returned in the evening it would be taking care of.
