I asked for a copy of the final bill/new charges and she asked 'why didnt you just keep the room service receipt?' I thought it was
rude
and none of her business - she should have just said ok and printed out a copy for me to include the room service charges and parking like I had politely asked for.

Certain instances of employee
rude
ness came about regarding the billing issues, however Martin at the front desk was great on correcting the errors.

When I insisted that I had a reservation for a non-smoking room, she immediatly became defensive and
rude
and told me that if I really wanted to book a room, I should have called the hotel directly.
