3. The service is great- always knew my name on phone or in person, parking was a non-issue, and the lobby is beautiful.

7. I have stayed at another competing Hotel chain in the Galleria area and the Omni is far superior in terms of views, room size, hospitality of staff, safety/security issues and peace and quiet.
