1. The staff seemed a little 'slow' and my partner seemed to be in endless arguments with them about the wifi (we paid a business rate with wifi included but then could only connect one device, then they tried charging extra etc).

7. This is a long, laborious process and it sounds pedantic, but this can slow down the morning and is a real irritation- especially being asked all the time for a yellow token.
