2. Although the service after complaining was very good i have given an average for service as it was initially poor until we complained twice, well actually three times as we also e mailed head office when after several hours our initial problem had not been resolved by the hotel.

4. We had problems with our first room which took all day and two complaints to get resolved, one of which was that there was no hot water in our room.

5. The only problem was the TV internet keyboard wasn't working properly, and one of the lamps needed the light bulbs replaced upon taking our room.

8. On the next to last day of our stay, a memo was pushed under the door addressed to all guests that they 'acknowledge there is a problem with the hot water system' and that there would be no hot water available from 10 p.

10. After several attempts to contact the hotel for assistance via the front desk to correct this problem or get some kind of answer nothing happened.
