2. takes care of things, but it does make you wonder how many other things are charged without notice - 1 time is a misstake, 2 times well, 3 times ok, 4 times whats up, something is very wrong with the system - personal opinion 2 of the 4 times were corrected after i had left the hotel and had to call to get them to do it - what if i did not check, what if i did not call - how many other people have been overcharged ?.

3. Overall, this is one of those overpriced businesses that nobody questions because it's just always been that way and/or most people who stay there have more money than they know what to do with and don't know or care that they are being massively overcharged for just about everything.
