1. One minor quibble: The room staff kept coming into my room to perform their daily duties: making the room, turning down the bed, folding my dirty clothing, organizing my toiletries on the bathroom counter, etc.

2. We ordered room service and were surprised at how fast the order arrived; the food was hot and tasty, and the pickup for the dirty dishes was only about 5 minutes.

3. I would agree some parts of the hotel look a little tired, compared to other Four Seasons I've been at, but by no means dirty or run down.
