1. One complaint I had was that the wifi in the lobby was so slow that pages would time out before loading.

There were a couple of minor issues that normally I'd overlook:slow elevator - sometimes up to 30 seconds before it began movingshower curtain - mishung and a few curtain rings missing (who steals curtain rings)exercise room - both Precor treadmills were broken with some type of error (again the front desk person was helpful in resetting these after he phoned the maintenance person)In the end everything was ok.

3. The computers in the business center were very slow - (looks like from past reviews it's an ongoing problem - a shame management doesn't follow-up with guest comments).

5. We were able to grab a banana, oj & coffee but between the slow service and the team hustling in front of us, we don't really know what the options were.
