1. We had 3 suites reserved and as a small warning, there is no wall or door between the beds and the sofa pull out which was not an issue for us this trip.

There were a couple of minor issues that normally I'd overlook:slow elevator - sometimes up to 30 seconds before it began movingshower curtain - mishung and a few curtain rings missing (who steals curtain rings)exercise room - both Precor treadmills were broken with some type of error (again the front desk person was helpful in resetting these after he phoned the maintenance person)In the end everything was ok.

3. Had an unexpected stay in Denver due to flight issues - other airport hotels were full - ended up at Springhill Suites.

4. The air unit does cycle on and off but we used our travel white noise machine to alleviate that issue as well as some hall noise.
