1. There were a couple of minor issues that normally I'd overlook:slow elevator - sometimes up to 30 seconds before it began movingshower curtain - mishung and a few curtain rings missing (who steals curtain rings)exercise room - both Precor treadmills were broken with some type of error (again the front desk person was helpful in resetting these after he phoned the maintenance person)In the end everything was ok.
