4. There are plenty of pros for this hotel (as you can see from the other reviews), but the fact that you cannot get any rest at night vastly outweighs them all, and makes this place a terrible place to stay at.

5. I stayed at the Comfort Inn downtown over NYE and I have to say it was terrible, the 2BR suite was nice though.
