1. The lady stocking it had a hard time understanding english, so there was a small comunication problem.

4. One problem we had, the hotel address is on 17th street but the parking garage is on Tremont Pl.

5. I had read a past review/complaint about hearing people talking through the walls, yeah you can, but I wasn't in the room so long that it bothered me, and if it occured at night, I'm heavy sleeper so that wasn't a problem either.

6. Housekeeping seemed rushed as spilled coffee grounds on the desk never got wiped up and I could never really tell if the sheets were changed (not a problem) or if the bed was just remade.
