5. don`t they ever clean up after guests leave? Sooooo, 17-inch TVs, ripped bath towels (seriously), chipped furniture with the finish peeling off, they wouldn`t give me a duplicate receipt for my expenses, the restaurant refused to make EGGS at 10:30AM (it was 'lunch time'), and during a 95 degree heat wave in Denver, the housekeeping staff turned OFF the AC after cleaning the room.
