2. I'd stayed at the Warwick probably ten years ago and, in the interim, the rooms have been renovated and they are very large and pleasant with top quality furnishings.

8. - The air conditioning rattled all night long- Our room was at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor and trash trucks woke us up at 5am each morning- The mattress and pillows were low quality and uncomfortable; the mattress pad was too small for the mattress and kept coming off- The lobby has been nicely renovated but the hallways and some of the rooms, including ours, have not been renovated to the same standard.

9. I was slightly miffed however that we were not advised by the hotel (and we did book direct with them) that there was going to be renovation work taking place an dthe swimming pool was closed.
