7. If returning to Denver I would stay again, but would speak to the front desk to see if issues 1 & 2 could be resolved by choosing a different room type.

8. I cannot say enough about this hotel it is located just 4 blocks from the 16th street Mall however it is on a quiet street where noise was not an issue during our stay.

9. Had 2 issues after arriving in room, a bloody tissue on the window sill in bedroom and a very questionable (looked like vomit) on the carpet in front of the couch.

10. My only issue was having to park next door at $15/night because they only have valet at $26/night but it beat parking on the street.
