1. Only issue we had, a/c unit didn't work the 1st night.

2. Some have complained about the noise and while yes, you hear the trains honking once in a while it was hardly an issue and I am a very light sleeper.

5. The only issue that I had was that the front desk staff (typically the young ladies) seemed irritated whenever somebody asked a question.

6. My two complaints: first, the HDTV has no HD content (only analog channels) and no way to adjust the aspect ratio (this is a common issue at many hotels that have upgraded their TVs but not the content).
