1. I'm not sure what the front desk staff is being trained for? Working the front desk by helping your customers, or practicing for an upcoming 90210 Denver Series? The girl who ignored me, until the customer behind me refused to allow her to skip me, was disgraced and overcome at the fact that she had to help me check in.
