2. My biggest complaint was the $10/day charge for internet access from the hotel rooms (free internet access in the lobby, but that can be very inconvenient).

3. There is currently major construction being done in the lobby which is sometimes very noisy and inconvenient, but that's understandable.

4. I could live with the inconvenience of the semi-remote location, but it was the direct proximity to the train tracks that spoiled the experience.
