1. I actually couldn't get into the pool due to some sort of problem with the door card system, but the receptionists couldn't have been more helpful in getting it resolved so I could get my daily swim in.

5. An upgrade cost for my inconvenience I suppose? The hotel staff is snarky and rude and completely lacking in problem solving skills and even desire to solve any issue a guest may have.

6. We had a problem with one of the TV's in the room (we had a suite), made a call to the front desk and maintenance was there within 5 minutes, fixing the problem right away (loose cable in the back).

7. There was a fair amount of noise (I stayed in the 'front' of the hotel facing the main drag) which could have been a problem if I were not a very heavy sleeper.
